SAN ANTONIO, Texas, January 31, 2023--Ozona CCS, LLC ("Ozona" or "the Company") of San Antonio, Texas has reached a definitive agreement with Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE: TPL) ("TPL") to lease approximately 5,173 contiguous acres of land for the purpose of drilling one of the first commercial carbon dioxide (CO2) sequestration wells in the Permian Basin.
