ATHENS, Greece, May 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Imperial Petroleum Inc. (Nasdaq: IMPP) (the “Company”) announced today the closing of an underwritten public offering of 72,727,272 units at a price of $0.55 per unit. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one Class C warrant to purchase one share of common stock, and immediately separated upon issuance.
