Disney workers' union to reject contract offer

All six Walt Disney World workers' union chaptersrepresenting Orlando employees in the Service Trades Council Union (STCU) have recommended their members turn down the latest contract offer from the theme park giant. Unite Here, a group of union chapters, shared via social media that its members — representing over 30,000 local workers — will vote "no" on a proposed $1 a year raise. In addition, when one theme park raises wages, others may follow suit.
