Nvidia (ticker: NVDA) is preparing to abandonits purchase of Arm after making little to no progress in winning approval for the $40 billion acquisition, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Nvidia has told partners it doesn’t expect the transaction to close, one person told Bloomberg. Nvidia shares fell 3% to $226.73 in premarket trading.
