Precigen, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGEN) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 42,857,143 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $1.75 per share. Precigen has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,428,571 shares of its common stock.
